Storify 2: Distance Learning Theory

This week's reading assignment in FOUNDATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL THEORY FOR ONLINE LEARNING by Mohamed Ally is a must read for all educators who are creating online learning content.  It was difficult to diminish the vast amount of information into one Storify.  I started 3 and deleted them before I found my groove.  I have a solid background in Learning theory for Early Childhood, and find the our practices closely correlate to what researchers recommend for quality online learning communities.  Ally is thorough in his defining each theory, applying it to online learning and listing implications for online learning for each school of theory.
